Shipping and Handling Policy
|
Customers will pay all shipping, handling and related fees for the delivery of their parcel order.
International ordering is currently not available. Orders from U.S. Territories, APO and FPO addresses are also not available. We only accept orders from the 50 U.S. States and Canada.
All parcel order deliveries will be provided by Canadian and United States postal service. If the parcel order is deemed undeliverable, the customer will be charged a 20% restocking fee of the order total. Shipping and handling fees will not be refunded. Delivery will depend on the order’s shipping distance and the time of the year. Orders are considered en route to their destination when the orders are shipped, not from the order date.

5% GST (goods and services tax) on all orders in Canada.
7% PST (sales tax) on orders for BC residents only.
There is no GST and PST for orders shipped outside of Canada.
Cancellations and Order Changes

For whatever reason after an order has been placed, customers may elect to cancel or change their order. For cancellations and order changes, customers will be charged a 20% restocking fee of the order total. Shipping and handling fees will not be refunded.
The customer has up to 14 days from the day of receipt of the parcel order for merchandise returns by contacting returns@amber-morning.com and obtaining a Return Authorization Number and shipping address.
All merchandise returns need to be authorized with the Return Authorization Number. Your Return Authorization Number must be clearly marked on the outside of the return parcel for your return to be processed. Any return shipments without a Return Authorization Number will not be accepted.
Customers will be charged a restocking fee of 20% of the order total, plus the initial shipping and handling charges. Customers must insure all their merchandise returns and make arrangements with UPS to deliver the returns to the address provided when obtaining the Return Authorization Number. All returns are to be shipped via UPS and are at the expense of the customer. Customers must include the sales receipt and/or invoice with any returns.
The customer will expect to receive their refund on their order (less the 20% restocking fee of the order total and less the initial shipping, handling and related fees or charges). Used or damaged merchandise will incur a 100% restocking fee. Allow 6-8 weeks for refund.
